By accessing or using Dodona ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Dodona for your business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Scrape or copy data without permission

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your company information is accurate and up-to-date

Service Description

Dodona provides:

• Federal opportunity matching based on your company fingerprint
• PWIN (Probability of Win) scoring
• Teaming partner discovery
• Proposal collaboration tools
• Compliance tracking

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests within 30 days of purchase.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dodona and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.

Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services (SAM.gov, Stripe, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dodona shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dodona from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
